Prepare Your Boxes
Follow these four simple steps to get your items ready for storage.

Pack
Place your items in a sturdy corrugated box. Keep items clean, dry and well protected.

Photograph or Describe
If you want insurance, you must take a photo of the contents of each box before sealing it. If you do not want to upload a photo, add a clear description of what is inside. This record will be used for your digital inventory and later retrievals so you can easily remember what is inside each box.

Seal
Close your box securely and apply the tamper-evident seal (or STORIX security tape for your own boxes).

Store
We collect your boxes and store them safely in our secure facilities. Your inventory is linked to your account for easy retrievals.

My Own Boxes
If you use your own boxes, you must secure them using STORIX security tape, which we provide for purchase. This helps verify that the box has not been opened by anyone else.
